Abstract

Abstract: Preeclampsia affects about 3% of all pregnancies. Early identification of pregnancy with risk is a priority in reducing the complications of preeclampsia. Appropriate technology that can be used as one of the efforts of midwives to detect early preeclampsia by utilizing an expert system. The purpose of this study was to make an expert system of early detection of mobile-based preeclampsia. The design used Quantitative research method with cross-sectional approach. The sample used consisted of 100 pregnant women. The results of the study showed that there was a significant correlation between the age of pregnant women on the risk of preeclampsia using mobile-based applications (p <0.005), whereas parity and gestational age did not have a significant relationship (p> 0.005). With sensitivity and specificity values   of 92.31% and 83.33% respectively.
